Delphine Benouaich has been a fighter since childhood, due to her contact with her older brothers, and discovered MMA by chance.

She combines her job as a PE teacher with 2 daily training sessions.

Delphine Benouaich's background

Born of parents Moroccan and ItalianDelphine grew up being surrounded by brotherswhich awakened in her a fighting and competitive spirit.

She explored various sporting disciplines, including gymnastics, athletics, soccer, rugby... Before becoming interested in MMA, almost by chance...

One day, a friend invites her to try a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu class (which turned out to be a selection for MMA classes), she accepts and goes along, although her friend bails. She'll be the last one standing, and will continue to love and progress rapidly in the sport.

Delphine Benouaich spent a year in MMA before switching to Grappling for 4 years. She will return to MMA in 2021 for a meteoric rise.

These titles and successes are numerous, including French Champion 2023 and IMMAF World Vice-Champion 2023.

Today, Delphine divides her time between her educational work with these students, some of whom admire her , and rigorous, demanding training. Demonstrating remarkable commitment and strength of character.

A resident of Évry Courcouronnes, Delphine appreciates the club's friendly atmosphere and the confidence of her coaches and partners (Fight Industrie, Mahmoudi Gym and Nicolas Ott in particular).

She aspires to become a professional and reach the heights of the UFC, inspired by figures like Manon Fiorot and Alexander Volkanovski.
