You choose the delivery method (Colissimo or Mondial Relay)

Depending on your choice, delivery will be within 2, 3, or 5 business days (depending on your shipping method)

Your order will be processed within 24 hours

If this is not the case, please let us know within 14 days

Point of attention

When receiving your order, please let us know if you encounter any issues with the delivery, and do not accept a package that arrives already opened or damaged. Return it to the delivery person by refusing to sign for it, and let us know by emailing us at: nathalie@okoeurope.com

However, if one or more items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order.


To do this, simply follow the steps below:


  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging, in new and unused condition
  • Please send us an email at info@okoeurope.com, letting us know that you are returning an item and including your name, the items being returned, the reason for the return, and your order number.
  • Please visit a post office and send the package back to us at the following address: ÖKO EUROPE, 25 chemin du Barra, 15000 AURILLAC – France
  • You will then receive an email from us confirming that we have received your return
  • The refund will be automatically credited to your credit card (or bank account)
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns
