A few explanations

1
JIU-JITSU
Originating in Japan, Jiu-Jitsu is a traditional martial art focused on self-defense. It combines a wide range of striking, throwing, choking and immobilization techniques to respond to a variety of attack situations.

2
JJB
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fusion of Judo and Ju-Jitsu techniques originating in Japan. Introduced to Brazil by Litsuyo Maéda in the 1920s, it was subsequently perfected and popularized by the Gracie family.

3
JUDO NE-WAZA
Ne-Waza means ground work.
Judo Ne-Waza focuses on ground techniques and is similar to JJB.

4
GRAPPLING
Grappling is a form of combat emphasizing groundwork. Unlike JJB, it is practiced without the traditional keikogi. Its rules are similar to those of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
