Alice GISSAT, our logistics and shipping manager based near Dijon, is responsible for preparing your package by hand.

You will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track its journey all the way to your doorstep.

You choose the delivery method (Colissimo or Mondial Relay).

Depending on your choice, delivery will be made on D+2, D+3, or D+5 (depending on your delivery method).
Your order will be processed within 24 hours.

If this is not the case, please notify us within 14 days.
Point of attention
Regarding the receipt of your order, please do not hesitate to inform us of any inconvenience caused by its delivery, and do not accept a package that arrives already open or damaged. Return it to the delivery person, refusing to sign the delivery receipt, and inform us of this by email at: nathalie@okoeurope.com

However, if one or more items do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do this, simply follow the process below:
- Place the item(s) to be returned, new and unused, in their packaging.
- Send us an email at info@okoeurope.com, notifying us of a return and mentioning your name, the items being returned, the reason for the return, and the order number.
- Go to a post office and send the package back to us at the following address: ÖKO EUROPE, 25 chemin du Barra, 15000 AURILLAC, France.
- You will then receive an email from us confirming that we have received your return.
- The refund will be made to your credit card (or bank account) automatically.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
