Depending on your choice, delivery is D+2 or D+3 or D+5 (according to your delivery method).

If not, please notify us within 14 days.

Point of attention

Please let us know if you have had any problems with the delivery of your order, and do not accept a parcel that has been opened or damaged. Return it to the letter carrier, refusing to sign the acknowledgement of receipt, and keep us informed by e-mail at: nathalie@okoeurope.com

However, if one or more items do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.


To do this, simply follow the steps below:


  • Replace the item(s) to be returned, new and unused, in their packaging.
  • Send us an e-mail to info@okoeurope.com, notifying us of a return and mentioning your name, the items returned, the cause and the order number.
  • Go to a post office and return the parcel to us at the following address: ÖKO EUROPE , 25 chemin du Barra 15000 AURILLAC - France
  • You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your return.
  • Your credit card (or bank account) will be automatically refunded.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
