What exactly is ÖKO?
✋ ÖKO is rethinking the way we drink water.
The filter screws directly into the cap for simple and intuitive use.
Squeeze the bottle, and the water passes through the filter as you drink.
No buttons, no waiting, no unnecessary steps:the water is filtered right as you take a sip.
🚀 Powerful filtration technology, now accessible to everyone.
Developed from research originally conducted for NASA, it is based on the principleof electroadsorption, a proven technology that traps contaminants directly within the filter.
⚽ A filter used by elite athletes is now available to the general public
At Olympique de Marseille, players drink tap water filtered with ÖKO every day to stay hydrated.
♻️ An immediate and measurable CSR impact with fewer single-use plastic bottles.

⚠️ Important information – visual demonstration
This video deliberately demonstrates a highly visual instant filtration process.
Highly contaminated water enters the filter and comes out clear immediately.
With ÖKO, filtration happens in real time, with no storage or waiting.
Unlike gravity-fed systems, no water sits stagnant: the clarity is immediate and visible.
⚠️ These deliberately extreme tests subject the filter to unusual stress.
They do not reflect everyday use or normal operating conditions.
This video simply demonstrates, in real time, the effectiveness of the ÖKO filtration system.
3 steps to understanding

01
Filter composition
The filter membrane is composed of a natural mineral fiber (pseudoboehmite AIOHH) and antibacterial ions, and is microscopically coated with activated carbon.
It is 8 mm thick and has more than 400 pores.

02
Mechanical filtration
Its pores are rated at 1.25 microns, mechanically blocking all particles equal to or larger than this size, such as sediment and impurities. This makes it possible to filter out mud, for example.

03
Submicron filtration
When it comes into contact with water, the natural mineral fiber emits a positive charge field that surrounds the hollow pore structure. The water is thus stripped of submicron contaminants, which are drawn like a magnet to the membrane’s retention surface. This is known as electro-adsorption.

Practical steps before taking any action

🧢 What you buy at the start
You’re not just buying a simple water bottle.
You’re choosing a complete reusable water bottle set, designed to last: the bottle, the cap, the straw cover, the carabiner, and a filter—all included right out of the box.
👉 All these parts can be reused over time.
👉 Only the filter needs to be replaced—nothing else.

💰 First-year cost (budgeted)
In your first year, you invest in a reusable water bottle, which you’ll keep for years to come.
👉 On average, that comes to about €7 to €8 per month, including the water bottle and filter.
👉 By adding a replacement filter right from the start, you’re set for about 12 months—no surprises and no need for last-minute purchases.

👅 When to replace the filter
When the taste or smell of tap water reappear, This simply means that the filter is reaching the end of its service life.
All you need to do is replace the filter to enjoy water that tastes better. Otherwise, the average is 378 liters, with regular tap water.
👉A free app for counting: ÖKO Counter available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

💧 What a filter actually does
An ÖKO filter can filter approximately 378 liters of water when used with clear, potable tap water.
👉 That’s enough for 6 months of use, based on an average of 2 liters per day.
The actual duration always depends on how much you actually drink.

📉 The cost in subsequent years
They are not replaced every time the filter is changed.
👉 In subsequent years, you only need to replace the filter, depending on your personal usage.
Result: The monthly cost naturally goes down, since you’re only paying for filtration and nothing else.

🔄 A simple, hassle-free step
To replace it, simply unscrew and screw it back in.
⏱️ Less than 30 seconds, no tools required, no complicated steps.
